Akalla mutane 43 ne aka kashe a hare-haren da ake zargin suna da nasaba da siyasa a Afirka ta Kudu tun daga farkon shekarar 2026 zuwa ƙarshen watan Satumba, yayin da ƙasar ke shirin gudanar da zaɓen ƙananan hukumomi a watan Nuwamba.

Rahoton ƙungiyar Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) mai taken “Ballots and Bullets” ya ce an samu hare-haren siyasa 45 cikin watanni tara na shekarar, lamarin da ya riga ya zarce adadin kisan siyasa da ƙungiyar ta taɓa rubutawa a kowace shekara tun bayan fara bibiyar lamarin a 2015.

Rahoton ya ce hare-haren sun fi shafar jami’an jam’iyyun siyasa, kansilolin ƙananan hukumomi, ’yan ƙungiyoyin farar hula da wasu shugabannin gargajiya.

Lardin KwaZulu-Natal ne ya fi yawan samun irin waɗannan hare-hare, sai Gauteng da ke ɗauke da birnin Johannesburg.

GI-TOC ta yi gargadin cewa haɗarin samun ƙarin hare-haren na iya ƙaruwa yayin da gasar neman kujerun siyasa ke ƙara zafi gabanin zaɓen ƙananan hukumomin da aka shirya gudanarwa ranar 4 ga Nuwamba.

Hukumomin Afirka ta Kudu da ƙungiyoyin da ke sa ido kan harkokin zaɓe sun sha yin kira da a dakile barazanar siyasa da tashin hankali, tare da tabbatar da cewa gasar neman mukaman gwamnati ba ta zama sanadin rasa rayuka ba.
