Hukumar Yaƙi da Cin Hanci da Rashawa (EFCC) ta ɗaukaka ƙara kan hukuncin da Babbar Kotun Tarayya ta yanke, wanda ya same ta da laifin ɓata sunan tsohon Ministan Wutar Lantarki, Olu Agunloye.

A cikin wata sanarwa, EFCC ta ce lauyanta, Wahab Shittu (SAN), ya shigar da takardar ɗaukaka ƙarar a ranar 10 ga Yulin 2026, yana ƙalubalantar hukuncin da Mai Shari’a Peter Kekemeke ya yanke a ranar 8 ga Yuli, 2026.

Hukumar ta bayyana cewa ta ɗaukaka ƙarar ne kan hujjoji 11, tare da neman Kotun Ɗaukaka Ƙara dake Abuja da ta soke hukuncin gaba ɗaya, tare da yin watsi da ƙarar da Agunloye ya shigar da kuma bayar da duk wani umarni da kotun ta ga ya dace.

A baya dai Mai Shari’a Peter Kekemeke ya yanke hukuncin cewa wallafar da EFCC ta yi a kafafen sada zumunta game da zargin badaƙalar aikin samar da wutar lantarki ta Mambillakan kuɗi dala biliyan 6 ƙarya ce kuma ta ɓata sunan Agunloye, inda ya umarci hukumar ta biya shi diyyar Naira miliyan 10.

EFCC ta kuma shigar da buƙatar dakatar da aiwatar da hukuncin har sai an kammala sauraron ɗaukaka ƙarar.

Har zuwa yanzu, ba a sanya ranar fara sauraron ƙarar ba.
