Shugaban Majalisar Dattawa, Godswill Akpabio, ya ce ƙaddamar da fim ɗin MKO ya ba Najeriya damar sake tunawa da rayuwa da tarihin marigayi MKO Abiola, wanda ya taka muhimmiyar rawa a tarihin dimokuraɗiyyar ƙasar.

Akpabio ya bayyana hakan ne yayin da ya halarci bikin ƙaddamar da fim ɗin tare da Shugaban Ƙasa Bola Ahmed Tinubu da sauran manyan ’yan ƙasa a Cibiyar Al’adu da Fasahar Ƙirƙira ta Wole Soyinka da ke Iganmu, Legas.

Ya ce girmama Abiola da sauran waɗanda suka bayar da gudunmawa wajen bunƙasa dimokuraɗiyya ya kamata ya zama abin tunatarwa ga ’yan Najeriya kan muhimmancin ƙarfafa cibiyoyin dimokuraɗiyya, haɗin kai, zaman lafiya da wadata.

Fim ɗin MKO, wanda Ose Oyamendan ya shirya kuma ya ba da umarni, ya mayar da hankali kan rayuwar MKO Abiola, da zaɓen shugaban ƙasa na 12 ga Yuni 1993 da aka soke, tsare shi da kuma gwagwarmayar da ta biyo bayan soke zaɓen.

An fara nuna fim ɗin a gidajen sinima a faɗin Najeriya daga ranar 2 ga Oktoba.
