Kwamitin Ƙasa da Ƙasa na Red Cross (ICRC) ya ƙaddamar da taron ƙwararru na kwanaki uku kan batun mutanen da suka ɓace da iyalansu, ƙarƙashin dokokin jinƙai na ƙasa da ƙasa (IHL) da kuma Shari’ar Musulunci.

Taron ya haɗa ƙwararru daga Najeriya da wasu ƙasashe bakwai domin tattauna hanyoyin neman mutanen da suka ɓace, yadda za a kula da gawawwaki cikin mutunci, da kuma tallafa wa iyalan da lamarin ya shafa.

ICRC ta ce taron na da nufin ƙarfafa fahimtar abubuwan da IHL da Shari’ar Musulunci suka yi tarayya a kai, tare da bunƙasa dokoki da manufofin cikin gida da za su kare mutanen da rikice-rikice suka shafa.

Batun mutanen da suka ɓace na ci gaba da zama babban ƙalubalen jinƙai, yayin da iyalansu ke rayuwa cikin rashin tabbas kan makomar ’yan uwansu. A Najeriya kaɗai, ICRC ta ce ƙungiyoyin Red Cross suna da kusan shari’o’in mutane 17,000 da ake ci gaba da nema tun daga Yulin 2026.

ICRC ta jaddada cewa dokokin jinƙai na ƙasa da ƙasa sun tanadi haƙƙin iyalan mutanen da suka ɓace na samun bayanai kan makomar ’yan uwansu, tare da wajibcin kare fararen hula da kula da gawawwaki cikin mutunci.
