Babban Hafsan Sojin Ƙasa, Laftanar Janar Waidi Shaibu, ya ce faɗaɗa rundunar Sojin Najeriya daga rundunoni 8 zuwa 12 da kuma ɗaukar ƙarin sojoji 28,000 na ƙara wa jami’an rundunar nauyin tabbatar da ingantaccen shiri da ƙarfin yaƙi.

Janar Shaibu ya bayyana hakan ne a Jaji, Jihar Kaduna, yayin da yake jawabi ga sabbin jami’an da suka yi kose na karamin zango wato Direct Short Service Course 29/2026 da aka ƙaddamar.

Ya ce ƙarin yawan sojoji kaɗai ba zai tabbatar da samun ingantaccen sakamakon tsaro ba, sai an samu jami’an da ke da ƙwarewa wajen jagoranci da yanke shawara cikin lokaci, musamman a lokacin gudanar da ayyukan soji masu wahala.

Ya buƙaci sabbin jami’an da su jagoranci sojojinsu da misali, su kasance masu gaskiya da ƙwarewa, tare da fifita nasarar aikin da aka ɗora musu da jin daɗin dakarunsu fiye da muradun kansu.

Babban Hafsan Sojin ya ce babban ƙalubalen jami’an yanzu shi ne mayar da ƙarin yawan sojojin da aka samu zuwa ingantaccen ƙarfin yaƙi, ta hanyar ƙwarewa da nagartaccen shugabanci da shirye-shiryen aiki.

Rundunar Sojin Najeriya na faɗaɗa tsarin ta ne a wani lokaci da ƙasar ke fuskantar sauye-sauyen barazanar tsaro, lamarin da ya sa ƙwarewar jami’ai da yadda za su sarrafa sabon tsarin rundunar ke da muhimmiyar rawa wajen ayyukan tsaron ƙasa.
