Hoton wata cibiyar gwajin abinci da magunguna da fasahar AI ta kirkira

Wani binciken masana ya gano cewa kashi daya cikin biyar na mace-macen da ake yi a duniya yana da alaka da irin abincin da mutane suke ci, kuma fiye da kashi 40 cikin 100 na abincin kan haifar da cutar sankara (wato cancer).

Mathilde Touvier, babbar masaniyar cututtuka kuma Daraktar Bincike a Cibiyar ‘Inserm’ ta kasar Faransa, tana ganin yada sahihan bayanan kimiyya game da tasirin abinci a kan lafiyar jama’a zai rage kamuwa da cututtuka masu hadari.

Masaniyar ta ce a tsawon rayuwar mutum, yakan ci kusan tan 30 na abinci, kuma yana shan lita dubu 50 na abin sha.

Wannan yana nufin cewa a kullum mutum kan sanya nau’ukan sinadarai daban-daban na adana abinci a cikinsa.

Illolin abincin zamani da aka sarrafa

Touvier tana jagorantar wani babban bincike mai suna ‘NutriNet-Santé’ wanda ya kunshi mutane fiye da 100,000 da ake sanya ido a kansu.

Wannan bincike ya gano cewa akwai alaka mai karfi a tsakanin yawan cin abincin zamani da aka sarrafa da kuma barazanar kamuwa da cututtuka.

Nau’ukan abincin sun hada da wadanda aka sanya wa sinadaran adana nama (nitrites), da sinadaran gauraya mai da ruwa ko (Emulsifiers), da kuma na sanya zaki (sweeteners).

Masaniya Touvier ta gano cewa yawancin sinadaran suna kara hadarin kamuwa da sankara da ciwon zuciya.

Haka nan suna kan gaba wajen haifar da ciwon suga da na hawan jini, da kuma cutar kiba.

Sakamakon binciken nata ya gano cewa tsofaffin shawarwarin rage cin kitse ko sukari da gishiri tare da yawaita cin abinci mai gina jiki suna nan daram a matsayin kashin bayan dorewar lafiyayyen jiki.

Sai dai kuma Mathilda tana ganin kamfanonin sarrafa cimaka na amfani da bayanan karya domin yaudarar jama’a,  anan abinda ake bukata shine fito da wata  hanya ta fadakarwa a kimiyyance. Ta hanyar nunawa mutane hadari ko alfanun dake tattare da kowacce irin cimaka.

“Babu abincin da aka haramta, babban abin dubawa shi ne yawan sinadaran dake ciki da kuma tsakanin wane lokaci da lokaci mutum yake cinsu,” in ji Mathilda.
