About the Role
We seek a dynamic Sales & Marketing Lead to drive revenue, partnerships, and brand growth across on-air and digital platforms.
The successful candidate will develop and implement revenue strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure sustainable commercial performance while upholding the station’s professional and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive advertising sales, sponsorships, and commercial partnerships
- Develop and implement revenue generation strategies for on-air and digital platforms
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Collaborate with programming and digital teams to create marketable content
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial guidelines
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or revenue generation
- Ability to create and execute sales strategies
- Understanding of broadcast and digital media markets
- Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets
Professional & Academic Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum of 5–8 years relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience in media, broadcast, or digital platforms is highly desirable
- Professional certifications in sales or marketing (e.g., CIM, NIMN) are an advantage
