About the Role
A highly creative and technically skilled Digital Producer (Audio/Visual) to produce engaging, branded, news and promotional content across platforms.
The successful candidate will develop compelling audio and visual materials that strengthen the station’s identity while ensuring compliance with professional standards under the National Broadcasting Commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit video content for digital platforms
- Produce high-quality audio promos, jingles, and station imaging
- Develop branded content and sponsored features (in line with editorial policies)
- Edit podcast episodes and create short-form digital clips
- Produce short videos and visual explainers for social media
- Support live broadcast visuals where applicable
- Collaborate with programming, news, and digital teams
- Ensure consistency of brand tone and creative direction
- Meet production deadlines and maintain content quality
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong audio production and sound design skills
- Proficiency in audio and video editing software
- Creative storytelling ability for both broadcast and digital platforms
- Understanding of branding and audience engagement
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of copyright and content usage standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Professional & Academic Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Media Production, Film, Creative Arts, or related field
- Three to six (3–6) years relevant experience in audio/visual production
- Demonstrable portfolio of produced audio and video content
- Experience in a broadcast or digital media environment is essential
- Technical certification in media production tools is an added advantage
