About the Role
We seek an organized and reliable Front Desk Officer to provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
The successful candidate will manage front desk activities, correspondence, records, scheduling, and logistics while supporting the Operations & Finance Manager and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Manage front desk operations, calls, and official correspondence
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, studio bookings, and appointments
- Support procurement and office logistics
- Prepare reports and maintain office inventory
- Assist with internal communication and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional conduct and confidentiality
Professional & Academic Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–5 years relevant administrative experience
- Experience in media or broadcast environment is an advantage
- Professional administrative certification is an added advantage
