About the Role

We seek an organized and reliable Front Desk Officer to provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

The successful candidate will manage front desk activities, correspondence, records, scheduling, and logistics while supporting the Operations & Finance Manager and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
  • Manage front desk operations, calls, and official correspondence
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, studio bookings, and appointments
  • Support procurement and office logistics
  • Prepare reports and maintain office inventory
  • Assist with internal communication and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office management software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional conduct and confidentiality

Professional & Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years relevant administrative experience
  • Experience in media or broadcast environment is an advantage
  • Professional administrative certification is an added advantage
