About the Role

A responsible and dependable Driver/Logistics Assistant to support field assignments, equipment movement, and general logistics operations.

The successful candidate will ensure safe transportation of staff and equipment while assisting with basic facility and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport staff, guests, and equipment for field assignments
  • Support outside broadcasts and event logistics
  • Ensure proper handling and movement of studio and field equipment
  • Maintain assigned vehicle in good working condition
  • Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance
  • Assist with errands, procurement, and basic facility support
  • Comply with all traffic regulations and company safety policies

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Good knowledge of Abuja roads and surrounding areas
  • Basic understanding of equipment handling and logistics support
  • Ability to follow instructions and schedules
  • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage

Professional & Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification
  • Three to five (3–5) years proven driving experience
  • Experience in corporate, media, or logistics environment preferred
  • Defensive driving certification is an added advantage
